Mitsubishi splitter tube is a key component used for diverting refrigerant in central air conditioning multi split systems. The following is a brief introduction:

Material: TP2 copper tube is usually used, which has high cleanliness and meets the R410A refrigerant refrigeration system usage standard.

• Model specifications: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioning branch pipe models include DIS22-1, DIS180-1, DIS371-1, etc. with R410A refrigerant; Mitsubishi Electromechanical bifurcation pipe specifications include Y102S-G2, Y102SL-G2, Y202-G2, Y302-G2, etc.

Product features: All Mitsubishi Heavy Industries branch pipes have undergone R410A pressure testing, with a working pressure of up to 5.5Mpa and no bursting. The sealing performance is leak free at 4.5MPa. Some models of Mitsubishi Electric use branch box connections, which do not require welding and can be placed outdoors, avoiding the risk of refrigerant leakage and damage to the decoration caused by welding branch pipes. In addition, Mitsubishi branch pipes are designed to help reduce noise. For example, Mitsubishi Electric's external unit undergoes supercooling treatment on the refrigerant, making the liquid refrigerant inside the pipe pure liquid. A ladder T-shaped branch pipe can be used to split the refrigerant and reduce noise.

Installation points: When installing branch pipes, they should be kept vertical or horizontal as much as possible. When placed horizontally, the inclination is within ± 15 degrees; After being placed in the correct position, nitrogen filling welding is required to ensure that the interior of the copper tube is clean and smooth.
